Of All the Ramen Shops in Town.. captures a chance encounter on a quiet street after dark. A solitary figure pauses beneath an umbrella, caught between the deep blue shadows of the night and the warm orange glow spilling from a small ramen shop.

Inspired by the feeling of unexpectedly crossing paths with someone, the painting plays with coincidence, curiosity, and the stories we instinctively imagine about strangers. Sometimes all it takes is a light in the darkness and a lone figure to make an ordinary street feel like the beginning of a story.
