Somewhere to Be

————-
We spend so much of life moving from one place to another that we rarely notice the journey itself.
This painting isn’t about a destination. It’s about that fleeting moment in between—when light catches the street just right, people pass without knowing each other’s stories, and an ordinary scene quietly becomes unforgettable.
Using loose washes and softened edges, I focused on atmosphere over detail, inviting the viewer to pause and find meaning in a moment that might otherwise have gone unnoticed.
Perhaps we all have somewhere to be. Sometimes, the most memorable moments happen when we simply stop and look.
